Virat Kohli, one among the top 50 marketable athletes in the world, is an accomplished cricket batsman representing India. He was born on 5th November, 1988 in Delhi. He made his test debut in 2011 against West Indies and one day debut in 2008 against Sri Lanka. He has played many domestic matches and a regular player of the Royal Challengers Bangalore team in Indian Premier League, being held every year.

Virat Kohli is an elegant batsman and has scored about 6 test centuries and nineteen one day match centuries, the highest score being 119 and 183 respectively. Virat Kohli was presented with ICC ODI Player of the Year award in 2012 and to justify this award, he smashed the fastest one day century, the seventh fastest ever, against Australia in the year 2013. He is also the recipient of the Man of the Tournament Award in the T 20 Matches world cup in 2014 held in Bangladesh. In early stages, he has played for Delhi team and has represented India in the "under 19 cricket team" in 2006 and he scored an average of 105 in the one day series and 49 in test series against England team of under 19.
